he Clinton County Foundation is a trusted partner to those 
who want to make our home the best it can be, a place 
where people want to live, work, and grow for generations 
to come. As a team of local citizens committed to stewarding 
and investing in charitable gifts, we work at the intersection 
of generosity and opportunity.
We belong to the community and thrive on supporting the 
people, projects, and places that make our piece of Ohio 
unique, resilient, and full of potential.
Situated between larger metropolitan areas, we believe in 
the power of neighbors supporting neighbors. The Clinton 
County Foundation delivers local solutions to local needs, 
with a mission to strengthen and enhance our County and 
its individual communities. Thanks to our commitment to

resources and resolve are stronger than ever.
Whether managing funds and major endowments or 
^gZ[ebg` ghgikhÛml mh _h\nl hg Z]oZg\bg` ma^bk \Znl^l%
we strive to support education, health and wellness, and 
economic development in our County because when we 
give our best, we bring out the best in each other.
• Since 2015, The Clinton County Foundation has grown 
from $7.5 million to $43 million, an increase of more 
than 533%.
• The Foundation serves a county of 412 square miles 
and, as of the 2020 census, a population of 42,018.
• The Board of Trustees consists of 15 members from all 
parts of the county.
• The Foundation manages 117 funds – investment, 
grant making, scholarships and general administrative 
support.

grantmaking funds: Legacy, HealthFirst, Vallee Fund for 
Blanchester, Robert Lucas Fund, and the Foundation.
• 40 scholarship funds representing $4.6 million in assets
In 2025, the Foundation:
• Processed over $2 million in donations
• Received 665 individual donations totaling more than 
$767,000
• Awarded grants totaling more than $1.2 million
• Awarded $279,841 in scholarships
